Vietnam Launches NDAChain to Bolster Digital Ecosystem with Hybrid Blockchain
Vietnam's National Data Association unveiled NDAChain, a state-backed blockchain platform designed to secure critical data across government and private sectors. The hybrid architecture merges centralized control with decentralized trust layers, targeting vulnerabilities in cybersecurity, scalability, and global interoperability.
Operated by the Ministry of Public Security, the network will underpin e-government services, finance, and healthcare. "NDAChain serves as a protective LAYER for live data—the backbone of our digital economy," stated Nguyen Huy, the National Data Association's technology head. The platform's 49 validating nodes will be governed by state agencies and select enterprises.
